Thanks to Rina for recommending these insoles for me. I have been suffering from heel pain for years; even a specialist couldn't help much without surgery. My hobby is hiking, but with such a problem, I could hardly hike for 2 hours. After trying the insoles from Level 1 to Level 4, I am now perfectly okay with Level 4. I use them for hiking, and they can last me 8 to 10 hours a day without heel pain. Now I will carry two pairs of Level 4 whenever I hike overseas.
