Thank you, Rina, for recommending these insoles. I have been suffering from heel pain for years; even specialists couldn't help much without surgery. My hobby is hiking, but with such a problem, I could hardly hike for 2 hours. After trying the insoles from Level 1 to Level 4, I am now perfectly fine with Level 4. I use them for hiking, and they allow me to hike for 8 to 10 hours per day without heel pain. Now I carry two pairs of Level 4 whenever I hike overseas. Once again, thank you, Rina, for your great recommendation.

Many thanks to June for the recommendation of these shoe insoles. I used to have leg cramps in the middle of the night, water retention in both my legs, and suffered from right hip pain for a few years. But after wearing the insoles for just two weeks, no more water retention, no more leg cramps, and the pain in my right hip has been reduced. Thanks to Rina for recommending these insoles for me. I have been suffering from heel pain for years; even a specialist couldn't help much without surgery.
