Her constant smile and willingness to share advice on dietary and product choices are truly appreciated. Additionally, she explains the most suitable treatments for me clearly. What's most commendable is that she never pressures me to sign up for any packages, even though she has provided me with extensive information. Never knew there were so many components that affect my weight loss journey until I signed up with Dorra! They have dietitians who analyze your body type and provide recommended meal plans. Of course, I also have the best consultant, Eva Yu, who meticulously plans suitable treatments for me and always cares for my well-being. Lastly, kudos to all the staff at the Bedok Mall outlet for making me feel at home whenever I step in for my sessions.

I had a very pleasant experience, and was mainly served by Angel and Celine. Both of them patiently explained the details of the treatment, listened to my concerns, and seriously took them into consideration while deciding what would best suit me and my lifestyle. There was no pressure to take up packages. The other staff were also nice and accommodating. Generally, the outlet has a friendly atmosphere.
