I must compliment two sales personnel: Ping Ping from China and Sokanha from Cambodia. While Singapore is not really known for its customer service, these two ladies are the reason I decided to make my purchase.
Ping Ping is very friendly and helpful, while Sokanha convinced me the shoes would not hurt my feet. She also helped me to expand the shoes, waxed the part where it hurt, and I ended up with a nice, comfortable pair of shoes.
Times are hard, and it's like winning the lottery to have good frontline staff who are very important for businesses to survive.
I hope the bosses of D&C will take note of their level of dedication, recognize, and reward them. Give the salespeople $10 for every good review, and I am sure that not only will these two ladies continue to be encouraged by your reward, but all your salespeople will be motivated as well. I hope my feedback and compliments will help D&C to strive to do even better.

You get what you pay for, I guess. I bought a pair of sandals for $9.90, but just after wearing them 3 times, the soles of the sandals have already worn out substantially. Plus, when I was buying the sandals, the display pair was defective—the side of one of the sandals was torn. Should have taken that as a red flag and not proceeded with my purchase. Sigh. At least the service was decent.

Very insensitive and not approachable towards the customer. Had feedback on the sandal that caused a fall 3 times within a day. They even said the customer does not know how to walk properly with the sandal!
