The middle-aged sales lady with a Chinese accent has a poor attitude and is rude to customers. On 24/1/2025, around 7:40 PM, at the Bedok Mall branch, we were queuing in line. When there was only one customer ahead of us at the cashier, nobody asked what we would like to order. So, we asked the lady if we could have a sample, as we had bought Bee Cheng Hiang before and knew we could ask for a sample before purchase. She replied in a not-very-nice tone, “Sorry, I’m very busy packing now; I can’t give you a sample.” Fine, we accepted it. We then waited quite a while, and still nobody asked us what we needed, although there was only one customer in front of us. So, we asked the lady again if we should place the order here. She said, “You have to queue first.” I said, “I’m already queuing.” She replied in a very rude tone, “I haven't asked you yet. You need to queue until I ask you what you want.” She is extremely rude. There were so many people behind us and only one customer in front of us, yet she claimed that we were not queuing after we had only enquired if we should place our order here. We will not come back again.
