However, I had a problem scanning the receipt for CapitaStar points because the receipt was rejected due to the name of the mall stated on the Bata receipt as 'Bedok Shopping ML'. It should be 'Bedok Mall'.

We went to this BATA retail outlet as my wife was looking for a particular pair of ladies ankle boots which caught her eye at another BATA outlet. Alas, they did not have any stock of the aforementioned footwear. The very friendly and diligent mature female retail service staff on duty at the time (just after they opened for business that morning), without hesitation tried to source online via the store's terminal to see if other outlets had stock of that particular footwear. Kudos to this particular staff for her customer service excellence.
