The staff are very rude. For example, I was short $1 in the change they gave me, so I requested the dollar since I needed it to take the bus home. But they FORCED me to buy another item, so I ended up losing $2.40. I know it's a small amount of money, but I needed it. They were very rude to me when I kindly informed them about the incorrect change.

An Indian cashier served a queue cutter, who had obviously cut the queue and then threw money at him.

This is a weird 7-11 where the staff are often not in the store. And the shop is closed very often, almost every time I pass by. I pass by the 7-11 every day, but they always show a board saying that the staff are away for 40 minutes. I was there just now at 7:20 PM. The sign says the shop is closed until 8:00 PM. If your staff are always unavailable, please don't say you are a 24/7 convenience store.

Zero stars if I could. The cashier couldn't say a single word. She just looked at me and expected me to know what to do. I was communicative until she snatched my card out of my hands.

On April 10, 2025, at about 12:42 AM, I came to buy Dubai chocolate at the 7-Eleven store near Bedok Mall. There was this lady, a plum-sized cashier wearing specs, who was outside the store doing something, not sure if she was smoking or what. When I went in to look for the chocolates, I waited patiently. I didn't even go out and call her, even though I knew she was outside, sitting down, and had seen a customer (me). After just a few seconds of waiting, she opened the door and, from outside, shouted at me, "What do you want?" in a loud, rude manner. I replied, "Waiting to pay." She then came in rudely, still playing on her phone, and walking super slowly, even though I was there. Is this the customer service I deserve? I had ignored her rude and bad customer service attitude a few times whenever I bought things there, but today it was the worst. She is getting worse. Thank you 🙏🏼
