Went to this outlet to purchase a product, and the sales personnel (Chooi Yuen) exhibited a lacklustre attitude. Upon making payment, I told her I would be using PayWave and proceeded to make payment with my AMEX card. The transaction went through, but then she told me it was rejected. Puzzled, as I had received notification that the transaction was successful, I brought this up to her. She replied very rudely and gestured, saying: “The company rejects AMEX card payments, but the machine is provided by the bank, so it can accept any card!” She then gave me a VOID receipt for the transaction. In the first place, she never asked me what type of card I was using, and also didn’t inform me that the company doesn’t accept AMEX card payments! Basic customer service is to ask customers what type of card they are using for payment. I had never encountered such HORRIBLE customer service, and ironically, the bad service attitude actually came from a Mi shop.
