Went to this outlet to purchase a product, and the sales personnel (Chooi Yuen) exhibited a lackluster attitude. Upon making payment, I told her I would be using PayWave and proceeded to pay with my AMEX card. The transaction went through, but then she told me it was rejected. Puzzled, as I had received a notification that the transaction was successful, I brought this up to her. She replied very rudely, gesturing: “The company rejects AMEX card payments, but the machine is provided by the bank so it can accept any card!” She then gave me a VOID receipt for the transaction. In the first place, she never asked me what type of card I was using and also didn't inform me that the company doesn't accept AMEX cards for payment! Basic customer service is to ask customers what type of card they are using for payment.
I have never encountered such HORRIBLE customer service, and ironically, this bad service attitude actually came from a Mi shop.

Pleasantly surprised with the helpful customer service I received! Apparently, all three staff members were very helpful. My Mi weighing scale had some issues, and I lost the receipt. I went to the outlet and shared my situation with them. They searched for and reprinted the receipt for me, making my Tuesday such a good one. Thanks for the great after-sales service! :)
