I have ordered many times at this Wok Hey. This time, for the first time, I was disappointed because the fried rice I ordered, for which I had only requested "less oil," contained a lot of chili! I am allergic to chili, so I couldn’t eat it! All other ingredients were correct, according to what I had ordered, but something extra was added. I double-checked the receipt, but it didn't mention any chili. Please be more cautious with customer orders. Thanks!

Curious, so I tried it twice at 2 different locations.
Conclusion: fried rice is just underwhelming; greasy, bland, and doesn't taste like a proper fried rice. Interesting concept, but execution fails.

I was coming home from work, very hungry and tired, so I decided to quickly order Egg Fried Rice (BEEF) from WOK HEY BEDOK MALL before heading home. After about 10 minutes, I collected my order because I was next in the queue. However, the cashier who took my order gave me the wrong item: spicy Udon noodles, which I don't eat. I just wasted $7.90 for nothing because I won't be eating this wrong item, as I was expecting to eat the fried rice I ordered. Very disappointed and frustrated. Please provide better service. It was just one item, yet a mistake was still made. Check your customer's receipt before giving them the item, and please have more presence of mind, my goodness.

Your staff, Kamil, was so rude. I approached him to see if my order was ready, and he aggressively told me, "Wait for a text to be sent." I was politely asking. How can one answer rudely? And when my food was ready, I approached him and showed him the text message. He rolled his eyes at me and forcefully put the food on the counter. Please do something. Don't just spoil someone's day like that!

I placed an advance online order with Wok Hey for my lunch. The platform showed a 10-minute waiting time, so I confirmed it. However, upon reaching the outlet after the mentioned timing, my order was still not ready. Due to the limited time for my meal break, if the waiting time had been more than the mentioned 10 minutes, I would not have confirmed the order and would have looked for other options. I was nearly late for work. Wok Hey is always my comfort food, so I wrote to their support team regarding the online platform's advisory waiting timeline that customers need to take note of. Mina from the support team replied to my concern and promptly responded with an appropriate action. Well done, Mina, and I will continue to support Wok Hey!
