Had the $10 1 for 1 waffle promo. I was under the impression that Spanish latte would be available. However, during ordering, we were given the option of Americano, coffee, or tea. Not sure why. Food-wise, the waffle wasn't toasted well; it was still very soft.

Here's the edited review: At the Bedok Mall Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf outlet: They arrange the boxes and bottles so closely that people who walk past can easily knock them down. Just then, my friend walked between a table and a cabinet and accidentally pushed the boxes, causing a display cup to drop. The staff was quite rude when he told us, "If it breaks, you must pay." However, it's a very cramped outlet, and I argued that they had arranged the boxes in a risky way, and that it couldn't be true that they would sell a display piece. In the end, they found a crack and made my friend pay. It wasn't even negligence; the space was very tight, and the bottles were very easy to move. The staff should secure the bottles to the cabinet if they were so worried about breakage.

Walked into The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Bedok to find no staff behind the counter. I was left standing for a good 5 to 10 minutes. When the lady did appear, there was no apology for the delay. It was just attitude. I walked out without ordering and will never go back.

I've always been a fan of CBTL, but I've noticed the Ultimate Mocha has been tasting a bit weak lately. It doesn't matter which outlet I go to; it tastes weaker with not much coffee bean bits. I found a new favorite, though: the flat white. I went there at 4 AM and waited for a bit at the counter, but that's fine; it was 4 AM. I've always had good service here. The reason I'm leaving a review is that I really, really want a FW, but it's 11 PM on a work night 🫣

After a disappointing experience at Starbucks, I visited Coffee Bean and was pleasantly surprised by their exceptional service. The staff were patient, attentive, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer questions and suggest signature cakes. The environment was clean, quiet, and inviting. A big thumbs up to the Coffee Bean team for providing a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service. If you're looking for a pleasant coffee experience, Coffee Bean is definitely worth a visit!
