DO NOT sign a package with Sothy’s. I don’t usually write Google reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience due to how bad it was. Last year, I purchased a lash extension package that was only valid at their Bedok Mall outlet. A year later, their only lash extension technician Grace left, and now they’re asking me to either:
1. Convert my remaining sessions into a basic facial package, or
2. Travel to their Kovan outlet to continue my package.
This is completely unreasonable. I signed up for a lash extension package, not facials—why would I need that? Plus, my package was specifically for the Bedok Mall outlet. It’s unfair to expect customers to switch outlets just because they lack staff. The company should take responsibility and resolve this properly.
