The long-haired guy from the Bedok Mall branch seems more interested in looking at his own card and minding his own business than assisting customers. When asked questions, he sounds annoyed by it. For your information, there aren't many customers, and this is not the first time. If possible, I would have given zero stars. Terrible service indeed; no wonder there's no business.

Seriously, what's with the staff attitude? If a customer is enquiring, it's because we're unsure. We don't have access to the store items. We ask because you are staff. If you can't be bothered and want to roll your eyes instead, don't work at all. Nobody is forcing you to work.

The store has a decent range of products and stock, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I came in looking for MTG cards and politely asked the guy at the register if they had any. Instead of helping, the staff member (long hair, wearing a mask) rolled his eyes as if I was bothering him simply by speaking. Seriously? If this is how you treat paying customers, then good luck keeping them. I won’t be coming back.
