Honestly, I wanted to give a 5-star review because we wholeheartedly enjoyed our double-boiled chicken soup and prawn omelette. Kudos to the chefs!
I feel sorry for the chefs for giving the restaurant 3 stars. However, the service was truly disappointing despite the establishment being empty. The other reviews about their appalling service definitely reflected our experience.
The service team seemed more interested in their own conversations and managing the order kiosk than actually engaging with customers. They were inattentive and lacked any genuine care or enthusiasm in their service. Interactions felt robotic, as if they were just going through the motions rather than truly assisting or paying attention to patrons.
We wanted to become members but decided not to because when we asked before we entered, Ms. Song Lin did not seem to care at all about it. I wished she would smile at least once, but she only smiled at her colleagues.
We even experienced a clash between the service team and one of the delivery drivers picking up an order. It was quite aggressive and made us uncomfortable.
As much as we love their food, we will most definitely not dine there anymore. A Grab order might still be a better option.
Unless they retrain their service staff or replace them, I do not recommend this establishment at all.

Excellent service by the manager Yan Feng, who was friendly and helpful! The other female staff were also cheerful. We enjoyed the Ebiko prawn fried rice and the drunken chicken soup. There's also a promo until the end of April for a free pork belly claypot rice when you spend $30 on weekdays.

Paradise Classic serves good quality food 👍. We visited on Friday, March 14, and they had a promotion for Stewed Pork Rice available for a particular card and Paradise members, which is my favorite type of yummy 😋 food. The food tastes nice, and the flavors are just right. The staff's service is great from the front door to our table: smiling, smooth, and efficient. Our server, Poh Meng, at our table impresses with his fast yet steady stirring to mix up the Stewed Pork Rice, and similarly with our Double-Boiled Winter Melon Soup.

Two of us enjoyed our lunch here on 14/5/25 Wed at the Bedok Mall outlet. We were shown to a table for 4 in a cosy corner. It wasn't crowded, so it was pleasant and relaxing.
Service was professional, and we were treated no differently, even though we opted for pocket-friendly options.
Set A $9.90: Yang Zhou fried rice, ngoh hiang, & warm barley drink
Set C $11.90: Seafood Horfun, prawn paste chicken wing, & cold barley drink
We loved the fried rice with bits of char Siew, egg, and prawn. It reminded us of hotel-style wedding dinner fried rice, but it was much tastier, with rice grains that could be seen and were separated like white pearls, not clumpy. Perfectly seasoned, so it's not overwhelming on the senses or 'jelak' when eaten too much. The portion is generous, so two people can actually each have a nice big bowl!
The Horfun was lovely, with great wok hei, and ingredients could actually be seen: egg, taugeh, prawn, and pork! It was also seasoned just right and not too dark. Just the way we liked it! And again, there was enough to fill two bowls.
The ngoh hiang was crispy with normal seasoning, so it was quite a decent version. The prawn paste chicken had crispy skin and juicy meat, but it was not served to us piping hot, which could have resulted from being left on the counter for a while. In fact, we had to ask for it — the last outstanding dish — and less than a minute later, it arrived.
The barley drink was like a home-boiled version, so it was quite pleasant on our palate, especially the warm version.
There was also a mushroom appetiser which we both enjoyed, as it was bite-sized and meaty, with hints of spice and sour.
The current set lunch promotion at Bedok Mall is very good value and one of the most affordable dining options for lunch here.

We had a wonderful birthday celebration here. The service staff helped me to fridge my cake and even sang the birthday song. The food was also very nice and savory. Personally, I loved the sweet and sour pork! Yummy! Highly recommend, especially since they are having the stewed pork belly lard rice promotion, and as a member, you get lots of vouchers. Worth the money!
