The new cashier keyed the wrong order but still insisted I ordered incorrectly. As they kept showing the receipts they re-entered into the system, not the original order receipts, I saw my order receipt was thrown.

In this digital age, Koi fails to keep up with the competition. The app has terrible UI, and the redemption of rewards doesn't make sense. For example, why can't a user redeem the rewards in-app rather than being required to scan a QR code at the terminal (and the QR code is so hard to find!)
This is further accentuated by poor service and unhelpful staff, who are only keen on doing less work.
In the past, Koi was my go-to bubble tea store, but sadly, those good old times have come and gone.

I love Koi so much. The drinks are TOP TIER. I get that sometimes the service can be bad, but overall, the drinks are AMAZING. If you are craving boba, I highly recommend Koi.

The staff was just so rude. I'm a visitor to Singapore, and I can't understand every single word in Singlish. It's also my first time here, so I have no idea how to order KOI Thé in Singapore. I don't get why the staff was so upset with me. They were speaking Chinese and Singlish, so how was I supposed to understand that?

Staff seemed uninterested in providing any service. Our drink was left sitting there for a long time, and they didn’t even bother updating the queue number or calling for the customer who ordered it, until we had to ask if the drink that had been left there was ours.
Also, hygiene leaves much to be desired — the tap tube has algae growing.
