I’m a Jollibee fan, but I was really disappointed with the food at this particular location. The tenders were really small (for $6.50), cold, and not crispy at all. The chicken was hot and juicy but also really small for the price (as shown in the photo). Overall, I left feeling hungry, and it wasn't worth the price.

Sad. Cravings for Jollibee, but I was only served breast and wing portions. The manager on shift told me they couldn't promise, and didn't even bother to look at me when I asked to change at least one drumstick or thigh meat. If I had known their ordering was this bad, I would never come here.

The staff here are SUPER RUDE. They are in customer service, and this is how they treat people? They throw the food people order onto the counter. They see people standing there and choose to ignore them until they feel like asking what you need. They ask customers, “Then what do you want?” These two ladies, Malay and Indian, are really rude. I'm not sure if the short-haired Chinese lady is still around. Early in the morning, having to put up with their attitude kind of spoils the mood, even if the food is good. The owner of this franchise needs to do something about it. We are paying for the food and service, not to see your sour faces.

Ordered the chicken tenders, but they all came looking so sad and small. I am a very big fan of Jollibee's chicken tenders, and the usual standard is more than double the size I received from the Bedok outlet. I saw other reviews also noting this issue; please do better.

Jollibee at Bedok Mall in Singapore offers a mixed dining experience. While the restaurant is known for its Filipino-style fast food, some patrons have noted areas for improvement. The fried chicken portions can be smaller compared to other fast-food chains, and the texture may be less crispy than expected.
Service inconsistencies have also been highlighted, such as missing items in takeaway orders and difficulties reaching the outlet by phone. While some diners appreciate the unique flavors, others feel that the overall experience doesn't quite meet expectations.
Ordering and serving is at your own risk. If you are a first-timer, you may find absolutely no welcome from the service staff to help you with ordering or choosing according to your needs.
