The prices are cheap and affordable; the quality is better than ZhengXX, and prices are cheaper than YuXX. Especially, their Manuka honey is arguably the cheapest on the island. Their abalone is also very competitively priced, and there are many choices.

Bought almonds and walnuts. While not the best quality, they were good (I think better than Mustafa quality). They were also reasonably priced.

Lousy services, especially in the herbal tea section. A long-haired Malaysian girl named ‘LimXXX’, wearing glasses, had a really bad attitude regarding the service. Please train your employees well before operating in the service industry; otherwise, the standard will remain low.

Here's the edited review:
"Do look out for the sugar content of their drinks. It's so sweet; I didn't think drinks from a herbal shop would taste this sweet. It contains 6 different types of sugar, even though water chestnut has naturally occurring sugar. I think it would be better to just get bubble tea."

We have been buying the dried barley for years, but recently, these *started* to have weevils, and the flavor is horrible. *We* tried returning, but the staff refused and were super rude. *We* will not be returning for other things, either. They are cheaper than other TCM shops, but beware of the quality!
