On June 6, 2021, Nam Kee Siew Mai was having a promotion: $0.80 for two. So I went to the shop. While in queue, I swiped the button. However, the aunty didn't want to let me claim it. She said that we would lie. She claimed the app only allowed one purchase with the code, but she wasn't even taking the code. How inefficient! I don't understand this at all. Are they trying to cheat consumers?

Be cautious: they turn to a bad mood in the morning when you claim your payment with your Shopee voucher at the Bedok Mall outlet, especially the elder aunty. If you purchase directly from them with cash, it's okay, but if you claim with a Shopee voucher, you will get a 'black face' and a bad attitude. It seems like what we pay in Shopee is not real money, and you may end up like begging them for the redemption. Really bad attitude. You have to see it to believe it.

This particular plump old auntie at the Bedok Mall outlet is very rude. When I asked her if she had yellow Malay cake, she shouted, "Cannot see arh, only got green!" Other staff are nice, except her. If you're not happy, don't come and work. Just seeing her makes me lose my appetite.

RUDE staff (a Chinese auntie, grey hair, rounded in size) at the counter at Bedok Mall!!! I was at the counter on March 13, 2025, at 8 PM to buy takeaway. I decided not to buy and left the counter!
