She scanned a higher price barcode and attempted to pass it off as an innocent mistake. It was only after I confronted her that she acknowledged her error. The Chinese lady working there on 15 Jan was really helpful. We called in advance to check on some items, and I could tell she was very busy, but tried her best nevertheless. I also heard how rude some customers were, demanding that she check on stock levels, and she helped them out patiently as well.
