Service is average. They know the clothes are of better quality. They said they are not allowed to help customers to straighten the clothes. Only when you ask, will they do it, but when I brought them back, it was not properly done. They need the sales or business, but are not sincere.

18/09/24 A staff member stood directly in front of me (they appeared to be of average build), but then greeted another customer who was a distance away and at an angle of approximately 135 degrees, even though that customer was already being served by another staff member. Am I invisible? I then walked off. The staff's greeting attitude has room for improvement 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.

Didn't know they had such bad reviews. Was passing by the shop when I saw a bag that caught my eye. Didn't really make any purchase from this local brand before. As I needed a really durable bag, I had to try putting my stuff in the display bag. The salesperson there was quite helpful in allowing me to try fitting my stuff inside. I only hope it's really as durable as they claimed.

I’m really very impressed with the service of their staff; they are so passionate and helpful. During my visit, they had so many walk-ins, but they were always smiling and trying their best to serve everyone in a timely manner. I could tell they were very satisfied too. Esther and Cai Ling assisted me; both gave really good recommendations. I had such a great time buying so many clothes, and I wouldn’t have been able to get all these clothes if not for their help. Thank you so much, ladies! Highly recommended store!
