We love the tea but not the service. The lady who served us was rude. We had not confirmed the order she had already entered into the system, and she told us to pay. She looked so angry and impatient, as if we owed her a million dollars!

Pleasant staff and efficient workflow. Tea turned out amazing as usual; quality is not lost even with multiple branches across the island. I think it would be good to have a couple of seats for customers to chill with their tea, but other than that, no complaints. Great shop!

I’m a regular at the Bedok outlet, often buying in the evening after work. Quality has been pretty consistent and service is decent as well. I want to commend the female staff with long hair and blue contacts at the cashier on Thu (29/5) evening. After I paid for my order, I noticed that the fresh milk add-on was missing from the receipt. I went back to the cashier almost immediately and told her about it. She promptly checked the prepped cups and added the milk to my order. She quickly processed the add-on, and I paid for it. The whole process was fuss-free, even though there was a slight queue, and I really appreciate that she let me amend my order.
