I declined to purchase a plastic bag because the packaging it came in seemed sufficient and manageable, as I just needed to carry it to the car. When I took it from the counter, the paper bag gave way and the pudding was ruined. When I asked the staff to kindly replace the pudding, they said no, as it was my fault the pudding was ruined because I hadn’t bought a plastic bag.
When I met the manager, she asked me to write a review on the internet to complain. Here I am. With a bunch of ruined pudding and my mind blown.

The ice cream selection is so wide and so affordable, even cheap, for the quality you get. The outlet seems small, but their core products are still offered. Cakes and tarts aplenty!

There are many varieties of sliced cakes and seasonal cakes available every month, and we really like the orange and strawberry cakes. These small cakes can be expensive, but they taste so good and are so worth it.
Also, the Uji matcha cream roll and fluffy cream roll were my family's all-time favourite! Do note the expiry date as these cakes can't be kept long. Usually, they have to be eaten within 2-3 days.
