I would like to commend Mr Chew from Challenger, Bedok Mall, who attended to me on Saturday, January 13, 2024. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I bought a Universal Travel adaptor. Even though it was a small item, Mr Chew helped me thoroughly check that the adaptor was working well, verifying that every slot (USB, Type-C, etc.) was functional. I’m very impressed with his good and attentive service! 🤩🤩🤩

The worst customer service ever! Firstly, I asked a part-timer if they carried the iPad mini in store, because I had bought one from another store. He then told me they don't carry it at any retail store and asked me to pre-order, which was so ridiculous. I then turned and asked a long-faced full-timer, who told me they don't carry it at any of their stores and didn't even want to check for me. At the same time, the two part-timers kept laughing at me in the back, thinking I didn't know. This is such horrible service I have ever experienced so far! Especially since I'm your MVIP! Train your staff properly and at least show some basic respect! I will never go there again!

The girl serving me was sick. She kept snorting every few seconds and between words while serving me. There was nothing wrong with her service; she was actually good. She was so near my face at one point, and still kept snorting. But why did the management let her work when she was sick? Even so, why wasn't she wearing a mask? She could have spread disease to other customers.

Terrible customer service. I bought Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 Mini, and it was too small for me. I requested to exchange it for the normal version, but they said that once opened, it cannot be exchanged. How would I know if the device wouldn't fit me? I've spent S$269, and now I can't use it. I'm not asking for a refund; I just want a product that fits me. It's better to be safe by avoiding them, as it doesn't matter even if you have a receipt.
