I love the service provided. The staff may be elderly, but they are very efficient and can remember my preferences. Food tastes great except for today's porridge. The intestine was very smelly. Yoke Lin is very helpful too; she always updates customers on the latest restaurant promo. The Osmanthus dessert had strong osmanthus fragrance. Chicken feet were tasty. Overall, a good dining experience.

Had a great dining experience here! The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring prompt service. The dishes I had were consistently delicious. The complimentary claypot Shark's Fin Rice I received was incredibly delicious! Plus, I noticed a 50% off tea-time promotion, which is such a steal. I will definitely be back to take advantage of it!

We had Saturday brunch at Paradise Bedok Mall as a walk-in. The service crew was helpful and attentive. Food was served quite fast after ordering. The usual fare of dim sum. The mini egg tart, with a twist of charcoal, was pretty good and had a nice crusty pastry. Carrot cake with a lightly crispy exterior. Love the ladyfingers prawn wok dish! Satisfied! 👍🏻

Service is lousy. The staff insist you self-order by scanning a QR code. If you don't self-order, don't dine here. They will chase customers away. The restaurant should invest in equipment so we can see the digital menu properly. Customers are forced to view the entire large menu on their tiny mobile phone screen. As a result, they cannot see the details of the menu items clearly. It's a huge turn-off and inconvenience for customers. If you ask the staff about the menu, they don't know how to answer. The staff replied, "it's in the menu," yet the menu is not clearly presented to customers. If the restaurant is not ready to invest in equipment with large screens, then don't use a digital menu. The restaurant shouldn't secretly rely on customers' mobile phones to generate revenue for itself. This is a lack of professionalism. It's a disgrace; your restaurant will lose its class. Why am I forced to pay a 10% service charge when I still have to self-order? This is below-par service, so the service charge should be below 10%.
