Horrible service. I patronized Boost at around 11:50 AM today, 29/10. The Malay cashier was using her phone. I called out to her when I wanted to order, and she gave me a death stare as if she wasn't interested in her job. I told her I was paying by NETS, but she processed the wrong payment method. And when I was receiving my drink, she sighed as if I was the troublesome customer.

The Christmas cup and its cap were of poor quality. The cap didn't fit tightly because it was made of paper instead of plastic. As a result, my takeaway drink spilled quite a lot.

They are not attentive and take their sweet time! This has happened twice already! They prepare my order and just put it aside. I tell them it's my order, but they refuse. Later on, they check, and it's really mine. The customer knows better what's in line than the staff. The owner of this shop should look into these issues. The drinks are great, but the staff is terrible.

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but the middle-aged Malay lady was so rude. Seeing that the shop was empty and she was busy, I walked towards her to get her attention and place my order. She replied to me with an unhappy tone that I'm supposed to place my order at the counter. During payment, I was unable to hear what she was mumbling, as the counter was facing the main road and buses were going by, which made her unhappy once again. She didn't give me a carrier, so I asked for one, and she tossed it at me, prompting me to do it myself. The drink was also a smaller portion than usual. I will never order from this outlet if I see that lady.
