I got a Pacsafe bag online and thought that **its** security clip was not working. I brought it down to the Bedok Mall outlet to see if it **was** faulty. The **staff member** at the cash counter (sorry, **I** should have gotten your name) was very helpful in explaining to me how to lock and unlock the clip. No, it wasn't faulty. **I appreciate** your patience and helpfulness.

Nick was very efficient in helping me call another outlet at Paragon to reserve the new edition bag called "Bobby Edge" for me. I told him that I went to Bugis, where an Indian lady informed me that this design was old stock and no longer available. She checked the stock and told me Bedok had it in stock. When I made my way to Bedok, Nick served me and informed me that the bag design I wanted was actually a new design that hadn’t launched yet, but they had it at Paragon. He was very patient and helpful. Thank you, Nick. I will definitely come back again.

Visited this store at around 8:30 PM on 21st August. I wanted to buy a neck pillow and approached a Malay staff member with round spectacles, named Yasser, to inquire about a new one. He mentioned that there was no new one and all stock was displayed. Obviously, this sounds like bullshit. Who the heck puts ALL their pillow stock on display?
So, I ended up asking another Chinese staff member (didn't get his name), but he was incredibly helpful in getting me a new piece.
If not for this Chinese staff member, I would have given this place 0 stars for the poor and dishonest experience with people like Yasser.
To Boarding Gate: Please train your staff well. This guy could have caused me a wasted trip, time, money, and a night of poor sleep, as I needed a neck pillow post-jaw surgery.

The Malay guy working there kept following and monitoring me while I was browsing. There were many other customers walking about, but he chose to follow me as though I was going to steal something. All because he judged me by my looks.
The products there are really good, with many brands and choices. But one star due to that guy's poor attitude.
