Stumbled across the door shop, and the mesh gate caught my eyes—small enough that my kitties will not slip through. The staff was helpful in explaining how the gate unlocking system works.

🔐 I passed by this shop and found some really nice and advanced locks for the house. Doors can be unlocked by fingerprints, cards, and numbers – what an amazing solution! The staff is friendly and patient with regard to our requests too. …

Alex is an unprofessional salesperson. Pre-Sales: I was browsing the digital locks in the shop, and he was using his phone and not even attempted to greet me, the customer, until I told him I was interested in getting a digital door lock. After-Sales: I wanted to change the timing from PM to AM, which I had mentioned to him incorrectly less than 10 minutes earlier via WhatsApp. He wanted to charge $45 for rescheduling. After the lock was installed, I asked for information, as the technician had instructed me to approach him. He then directed me to another phone number to call. Just go to other outlets for better customer service or consider other brands.

They are the worst. They are expensive and proclaimed to be top-of-the-line, but service-wise, they are at the bottom of it all. They didn't tell me that their lock requires a certain door alignment. They came to install the lock and said it's a failed installation because of the door alignment. I had been closing the door just fine. They required me to pay $45 before booking my next installation. I called the office, and they said they would handle it and escalate to waive the fee, but I had already told them that I needed the door lock as there isn't a lock mechanism and I had to move out. I called them multiple times to have it resolved. I ended up paying the $45 because they kept giving empty promises of callbacks. And because I was being dicked around for so long, I couldn't get the date I needed. Imagine two girls having to live without a lock on their main door. To date, I didn't get the callback they said they would. I could have paid for cheaper alternatives and gotten better results.

Not helpful at all. I asked the salesperson to show me how to reset the master pin, but he told me to read the manual. When I said I didn’t have it, he told me to call the hotline. Imagine seeing the same lock being sold there, but the person refuses to explain how it works.
