I had a back massage for the first time in decades and found it very comfortable, which allowed my shoulders to feel less tense for many hours afterward. The ambiance of the place, also given the right temperature, was conducive to such a session, making me look forward to the next, especially after a week of sitting in the office. 👍🏻

Second time here. My first visit was for a superbly skilled foot massage that hit all the right points.
Today, I had an amazing, 10/10 massage by Penny! And this is coming from someone who goes around SG hunting for good TCM-style massages (a.k.a., those with enough strength and skilled pressure points). She also does head bojin with herbs! Definitely coming back!
Most of all, there's no hard sell or pressure to buy packages, which often spoils the after-experience.

Great ambience and professional massage therapists. The front desk staff is friendly, not pushy, and knows their products well. They were willing to explain their services patiently when I checked with her. I have had cupping, shoulder massage, body massages with herbal paste, foot reflexology, and guasha. Prices are reasonable. Their promotion package is good value for money. Thumbs up!

The counter staff are friendly, not pushy, and listen to feedback well.
I've been getting body and oil massages for a while, and the masseuses are good and have sufficient strength. They are also not pushy.
One nice touch: They have a bed warmer, so it’s not too cold.

Dishonest shop. My mom is 73 years old, and your staff member Lucy told her the first-timer rate was $48. My mom decided to try their first-time massage. The counter staff, Veronica, then told her to sign up for a package of 5 sessions, where each session cost $78. The total should have been $390, but she charged $440. My sister paid for the package and only realized the wrong amount had been charged to her credit card upon reaching home.
Since this experience left a bad taste, we decided to ask for a refund for the package.
Veronica then said that if we asked for a refund, the first massage session would be $78 instead of $48. We had no choice but to pay $78. Please avoid this shop at all costs. We are going to CASE to complain about them.
