My dad lost his wallet at Watsons and he didn’t realise. Many thanks to the security manager for traveling all the way to our house to return it! We are truly grateful. Everything was intact, and he even refused our token. Now my dad can sleep with peace of mind knowing his ID documents are returned.

I would like to show appreciation and commend the staff's honesty and service at Watson at Bedok Mall on 18 January 2025 around 3:00 PM.
My mom misplaced her phone at the outlet, and the staff on duty were vigilant and helpful to keep it safe for her. She was very thankful and asked me to write a positive review for them.

During my visit and purchase, the cashier seemed unaware of the promotion I mentioned. There was a mistake in the billing process, caused by a Malay lady wearing a yellow t-shirt. This misunderstanding caused unnecessary delay and left me feeling my concerns were not taken seriously.
What further added to my disappointment was a lack of courtesy and professionalism in handling the situation. Your staff was so rude to insist the item I mentioned was not in promotion, but it turned out it was, and gave the receipt without any apology! This Malay staff lady is the only person who provided rude and impatient service in this store. I hope nobody will experience this again.

Let me tell you my horror story here. My cashier was a rude person with a ponytail. I didn't know his name as he wasn't wearing a name tag. I bought aloe vera gel, which was on a membership discount. I told him this product was on discount, but he didn't listen. He rudely told me they were very busy. Anyway, I paid in full. But later, I checked and confirmed the discount. I showed him the picture, but again he denied any discount, claiming it was for a different product. Finally, I showed him the full picture and asked him which product was on discount, and he finally accepted and processed my refund. I don't know how many people were overcharged if they didn't notice and complain. Anyway, I lost my trust in Watson and feel it's better to buy online, as I'll get what I see. Also, the cashier was particular about his own time but wasted our time by not listening to what we were saying.
