Poor customer service. I ordered a watch on Amazon, and the shipment was delayed, so I eventually had to cancel it. I contacted the store to confront them about the situation, but I was not greeted well by the employee.

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** I went to change my watch strap — which they handled wrongly (one side was inverted) — and they had the cheek to ask for payment to correct their mistake. When they're caught red-handed, they'd give a string of excuses, such as: "your watch is too expensive, and we don't dare to touch it," or "we lack the experience or equipment to fix it" — like a bunch of scammers. If I could give 0 stars, I'd do it.

TERRIBLE!!! Sent in my Tag Heuer for battery change. The woman obviously did not secure the interior when removing the battery, and the watch face and interior went off-center, breaking the crown. She then kept insisting that it was already broken. AVOID!!!!

Avoid. Poor customer service. Bought a $700 watch and the next day went to have the band shortened. The response was very unfriendly.

Came to get 2 watch bracelets adjusted. Staff was friendly and everything was fuss-free. Didn’t see the need to make a review initially, but after seeing the ratings here, I feel like sharing my own experience.
