Due to time constraints, I chose to visit the optical shop near my home. It was my first visit and certainly the last. I was told I would be texted once my contact lenses arrived, and to expect an update within three days if they were in stock. I made the payment that day.
However, after waiting for a full week with no news, I decided to drop by the shop myself. Guess what: The lenses had already arrived and were just sitting in the cabinet. Had I not gone down personally, I might have ended up waiting until the new year. The price isn’t cheap, but the service was beyond disappointing.
