Zhen Hao was very polite and helpful! Made it easy for me to buy a bag for my niece and also helped me with recommendations. The collection at the Bedok Mall branch is more extensive than at Parkway Parade, including Anello.

I’m very grateful to the staff member, Zhen Hao, at The Wallet Shop in Bedok Mall today. I asked for advice on backpacks, and he provided a very clear comparison between brands and designs tailored to my needs. He was very patient and a good listener, even during a busy period. He was well-managed and attentive to every individual. He’s a rare gem nowadays. After roaming a few other outlets, only he had the charm and ability to convince me to finalise my purchase at The Wallet Shop. 🙏🏼 Satisfied!!
