Body Shop products are the best. However, one thing I have observed in Singapore Body Shop outlets is that they don't keep testers. It's difficult to buy products (especially perfumes without knowing the fragrance). Please provide tester samples for every product.

I always feel comfortable shopping at this Body Shop outlet in Bedok Mall. The sales staff are proactive, able to make good recommendations, and inform me about promotions. During my recent visit, a product that I wanted was not in stock. The sales staff voluntarily took down my phone number and said they would inform me when stock is available. This is so different from most other shops where staff just say, "don't know."

Among their wide range of products, I especially love their eye care and bath products. In recent years, I’ve also started using their high-quality, wonderfully scented hand creams.
Compelled to write this review because of the exceptional service I received from their staff, Ms C, at this Bedok Mall outlet.
The service level of the retail staff at The Body Shop is generally above average, with some really exceptional ones.
I hardly buy makeup nowadays, so I’m very out of touch with makeup trends and products. I was intrigued by the makeup range at The Body Shop during my recent visit, and started asking Ms C for assistance.
She was really nice and patient, helping me to try the different makeup products on display while giving me professional advice.
I was most curious about the multi-tasking eyeshadow cream that can also be used as a lipstick, rouge, and for contouring the face.
Tried about 6 colours of this cream, and bought two. Also bought a bottle of foundation from The Body Shop as it’s lightweight and suitable for travel.
I wanted to scan the receipt to earn rebates for my CapitaStar Rewards app. Ms C was very helpful and suggested the best place at the cashier counter to scan my receipt (needed a place with enough light so that I could scan the receipt clearly).
All in all, a really enjoyable shopping experience at The Body Shop. I’ll definitely be back.
