Dropped by Bedok Mall today and noticed that TAKA was having National Day sales on their rings. I would like to share that I had a wonderful experience with Tony, the salesman. He is a very sweet and friendly man and gave my boyfriend and me a wonderful experience during our patronage, helping us choose my ring, all the while being patient. ❤️ Thank you, and kudos to your service! 👏 🙌 😊

I went to quite a few gold shops. Finally, I found Taka Darren, who provides super good service and is very patient with every customer. I will definitely recommend my friends to visit Bedok Mall and look for Darren. I am very impressed with his positive attitude and smiling face. I will come back and find him for sure. 👍 …

It doesn't even deserve one star, as Google doesn't allow me to indicate zero stars. The worst retail experience!!!
I purchased a pair of earrings from Taka's online store on Shopee. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the Bedok Mall outlet on October 26, 2024 (Saturday) at 10:45 AM. When I went to request a cleaning for the earrings, the staff informed me that they couldn't be cleaned because the pieces would still oxidize. Another staff member then suggested I return the earrings to the Taka shop where I purchased them, claiming that oily hands could affect the color of the jewelry. I explained that I hadn't even worn the earrings yet, and they were already oxidized. Their attitude and the way they spoke to me were unacceptable, and my husband had to intervene. I hope the management will take appropriate action to address this issue.

I had a horrible experience at this outlet with a staff member who seemed quite senior. The staff member was utterly arrogant, spoke ignorantly, and kept cutting off what we wanted to say. His product and industry knowledge was also extremely limited. His limited understanding of product design also led him to criticize and lecture us about what we wanted, and he brought in competitors' designs to criticize, which lacked factual information. As we left, he proceeded to talk about this topic with others ignorantly and spoke extremely loudly. Worst service ever. I would never patronize again. I didn't expect such a staff member would be acceptable to represent jewellery retail service standards.
