At 11:50 AM, the Bedok shop door was still closed. The official shop opening hour should be 11:30 AM. I don't know what happened.

Literally the only shop that helps customers alter the strap. There is such a service provided by Sorella, yet other shops refuse to do it and say they cannot. They discontinued certain sizes and provided alteration services instead. I’m thankful to the kind Chinese salesperson and will continue to buy from her yearly. I'm not sure whether she gets commissions, which I doubt, especially since other shops don't bother helping customers.
