I had a severe allergic reaction to the QOD Keratin Treatment, leading me to A&E the next day.
The salon refuses to provide a refund despite:
* No skin allergy testing was done, even though salons usually perform a patch test.
* No disclosure of their refund policy at the time of confirmation.
I have had many keratin and K-Gloss treatments before and have never had an adverse effect.
Staff were not professional. They appointed the hair-washing assistant to apply the treatment for me, and I was not serviced by the main hairdresser.
For my friend, the hairdresser left her perm for over two hours and was missing.
We were there from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, despite being advised the treatment would take a maximum of two hours.
I will not recommend this salon, and I have reported them to CaseTrust due to the lack of service recovery.

Went in to enquire about a Fave promo, and they took the time to explain what to expect. Even though I didn't purchase in the end, they were nice about it, which was cool. Friendly staff overall, especially the receptionist Eugene, who was very patient over the phone the day before.

I bought a coupon from Fave, and my hairstylist was Milo. I wanted an easy-to-manage and simple haircut, and he did it quite well, managing to rescue some weird cuts from my previous haircut at another salon. He wasn't pushy about products. Overall, it was a good experience, and I will come back!

(I bought a voucher from Fave) My partner and I went for our haircuts and deep hair cleansing at RED TEAM SALON, and we loved it! Thank you so much for the wonderful work you guys do, Stylist Ken and the other female stylist whose name I didn't get. My stylist was soft-spoken, friendly, gentle, professional, and kind. She also gave me advice on how to care for my hair. The salon is very clean, and they follow all safety protocols. They treated our hair as if we were paying full price, not a discounted rate. It was an overall good experience. There was no hard selling at all, which I really liked. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed doing my hair there. Winson & Anna were super awesome! After reading the good reviews, I decided to give it a try. It’s really true: the salon offers great professional services and is very meticulous in tending to my hair and scalp, as I have sensitive skin. The services given were also specially tailored to suit me; there was no hard selling, but rather recommendations. Thank you for the new hair! 😊
