Very bad experience with Presto Drycleaners.
Sent my Moncler Ski Jacket for dry cleaning, and it came back with more black stains than before.
Sent it back for a re-cleaning, but it still came back with stains.
According to them, this is the best they can do, and they ONLY offered a $10 voucher for the lousy job they had done.
What a joke! So, if you send your items to them for dry cleaning, please be careful.

I sent my shirts for dry cleaning. I went for collection, but the shop was closed at 11 on a Sunday. I called another outlet, and only after repeated calls, they suggested a home delivery, but nobody confirmed it. Then I finally reached the Bedok Mall outlet by phone, and the lady said to go to the factory to collect my clothes.
It feels like they’re just fooling customers, asking them to go to a factory to collect their items.
I will never send my shirts here again.

I have been using Presto Drycleaners since 2020 and have always been satisfied with their services. I am particularly impressed with two of their staff, but I don’t know their names. Maybe ask them to wear name badges for easier identification. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I chose Presto after reading good reviews, but my experience was a hell of one.
The store mistakenly gave my jackets to another customer without proper verification, prioritizing their regular customer's convenience over fixing their own mistake.
The only commendable part was that they managed to return my jackets within my requested timeframe—but that was only possible because the regular customer they had prioritized happened to bring them back on time. Even then, the stain I initially highlighted for cleaning was still present.
Overall, this experience showed poor accountability and professionalism. I won't be using their services again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for reliable dry cleaning.
