Easy and convenient, though now with COVID control, one has to walk quite a distance from the carpark and entrance/exit.

Very easy to collect. This station is at Exit Bedok B, about 15 meters away.

Walk out from the Haidilao exit, facing the main road, in case you can't find it.

I went there to return my parcels. 9 times out of 10, the machine can’t print labels. I've given feedback to SingPost before. Yet, no improvement. This issue has lasted for a few years already.
