I would like to comment that the staff at Bedok Mall Pet Lovers provide good customer service, especially Cedric. There was an incident regarding tofu litter, which Cedric handled well in terms of customer service recovery. However, I decided not to buy from Pet Lovers again because the customer service department is poor in service, especially under the head, Elaine Tan, who can even lie and won't admit mistakes until I corrected her. She claimed her department helped to contact Cedric to call me, but in fact, I had to contact someone myself to get Cedric to call me. She is also not flexible; when a customer, not used to IT or app usage, requested a call back, she flatly refused. There are still many more negative issues with this customer service department, which is why I will never go back to Pet Lovers. If the management wants to condone such staff actions, then good luck to Pet Lovers. There are other pet shops in Singapore.

We bought some wet treats for our cat. 2-3 weeks ago, we encountered a pungent smell that made the whole house stink due to how rotten it was, so we threw it away. We thought it was a one-time thing, as we bought the same treats before and they were usually fine, so I didn’t want to make an issue out of it. However, today I again bought the same treats, and the same thing happened. 4/5 of the treats were rotten. It stank up the entire house again, and it was really hard to clean and remove the smell. We also had to throw away the litter we bought, as upon opening the treats, rotten juice dropped all over. This time, I am truly upset, as two times in a row is horrendous.
Will never buy from here or any Pet Lovers again.

Small shop, great service. Part-timers and trainees are not very good at their jobs, even though they have been there for months. I'm quite familiar with the shop, as I visit every week or every two weeks. I don't need their services much, as I know my way around the shop. I get what I need almost all the time.

As a pet lover myself, it is a pleasure to patronise a store where fellow pet lovers can browse for the best quality foods, treats, and toys for their beloved pets. Although a small store, it does not fall short on the service provided. Staff at PLC never fail to provide the best advice and recommendations, especially for first-time pet owners. However, being one of the smallest outlets I've visited so far, it is impressive to see how the staff manoeuvre around the store to attend to customers, yet manage to serve with a smile despite the hectic busy hours. It is also wonderful to know that the staff themselves are avid pet lovers, having heard from one staff member sharing his own experiences and love for his pets. Animals here also seem to be healthy and happy, which is a great sight to see at any outlet housing pets, ranging from terrapins and small animals to strikingly beautiful betta fish.
Items are generally stocked often, though there may not be many brands available due to the limited space. However, if an item is unavailable, staff are always willing to assist in checking for the nearest outlet for our convenience. Overall, a great store to visit, and I will look forward to coming back to get supplies for my furry one!
