Pet Lovers Centre - Bedok Mall

Small shop, great service. Part-timers/trainees are not very good at their jobs, even though they have been there for months. I'm quite familiar with the shop, as I visit every week or two. I don't need their services much, as I know my way around the shop. I get what I need almost all the time.

Friendly and good service, nice display for betta fish, and a promotion.

I'd like to comment that the staff at Pet Lovers Centre (Bedok Mall) provide good customer service, especially Cedric. There was an incident regarding tofu litter that Cedric handled well in terms of customer service recovery. However, I've decided not to buy from Pet Lovers Centre again because their customer service department provides poor service, especially under its head, Elaine Tan, who even lied and wouldn't admit her mistake until I corrected her. She claimed her department helped contact Cedric to call me, but in fact, I had to contact someone myself to get Cedric to call me. She is also not flexible; when a customer not used to IT or app usage requested a callback, she insisted on refusing the request. There are still many more negative issues with this customer service department, which is why I will never go back to Pet Lovers Centre. If the management wants to condone the actions of their staff, then good luck to Pet Lovers Centre. There are other pet shops in Singapore.

As a pet lover myself, it is a pleasure to patronise a store where fellow pet lovers can browse for the best quality foods, treats, and toys for our beloved pets. Although a small store, they do not fall short on the service provided. Staff at PLC never fail to provide the best advice and recommendations, especially for first-time pet owners. However, being one of the smallest outlets I've visited so far, it is impressive to see how the staff manoeuvre around the store to attend to customers yet manage to serve with a smile despite the hectic nature of busy hours. It is also wonderful to know that the staff themselves are avid pet lovers, having heard from one staff member here sharing his own experiences and love for his pets. Animals here also seem to be healthy and happy, and it is a great sight to see at any outlet that houses pets, ranging from terrapins, small animals, and strikingly beautiful betta fish. Items are generally stocked often, though there may not be many brands available due to the shortage of space. However, staff are always willing to assist in checking for the nearest outlet for our convenience. Overall, a great store to visit and will look forward to coming back to get supplies for my furry one!

We bought some wet treats for our cat. Two to three weeks ago, we encountered a pungent smell that caused the whole house to stink up because of how rotten it was, so we threw it away. We thought it was a one-time thing, as we had bought the same treats before and they were usually fine, so I didn't want to make an issue out of it. However, today I again bought the same treats, and the same thing happened. 4/5 of the treats were rotten. It stank up the entire house again, and it was really hard to clean and remove the smell. We had to throw the litter that we bought as well, as upon opening the treats, rotten juice dropped all over. This time, I'm truly upset, as two times in a row is horrendous. Will never buy from here or any Pet Lovers again.
