I bought Oppo Watch X from this store, and my experience was amazing. Ms. Apple explained each feature of this watch patiently and honestly. She understood my requirements clearly and explained the product details enthusiastically. This store is a must-visit.

I was greeted by Apple. She's very friendly and knowledgeable. She is also very helpful and patiently answers all my questions. Very happy with my purchase. Will go back to look for her again!!

The lady at the counter was extremely disinterested when I asked her questions regarding a phone I wanted to purchase and learn more about. A good brand of phone, but it's a pity about the counter staff. She was very busy texting away and smiling at her phone, too.

Apple, the salesgirl, was the best salesperson I have met in 65 years. Her service was with a smile and a genuine desire to help an old man. I came a few times and received the same excellent service. Well done.

Not helpful at all. I asked this sales girl regarding the function and how to use it because I'm not too sure, but she was not so keen to teach. After a few questions, she told me, "Go back and ask the person where you bought the phone from." What kind of service is this?! Such a bad attitude! This is an Oppo shop, and my phone is an Oppo brand. She told me to go to the service center to ask! This means she was trying to say it's not her job.
