I bought a lighter at Bedok Mall, and it doesn't work at all! I tried many in the store and couldn't even get a working one. There's no fire at all! For $1.50, all the lighters seem to be out of oil. It's so useless, you'd think it's only good for burning prayer gold paper! I spent over half an hour trying to use it. I will never buy anything from this store again!

They sell cheap items, which isn't bad in itself. However, if you buy something that doesn't work, they won't issue a refund; instead, they offer to offset your next purchase. This is a stupid policy that needs to die. I'd rather pay more and get something that works than waste time and parking charges.

Impressed with the service. Spent only $3.50, but the service was great. Asked the person if she could help us remove the price tag on the products. She did it splendidly. They sell a lot of hardware and household items. Price-wise, it's relatively affordable.
