I've had a few bad experiences here before. They quoted me $20 for a soak-off just because I had the set done at another branch of Nailz Gallery, which I later found out should have been free (FOC). This was a waste of time and money. The service attitude is mediocre, as there are other, better outlets than this one. Look elsewhere.

Jazlynn, a wonderful pedicurist from Nailz Gallery, was beyond delightful. She exceeded all my expectations and really made the whole pedicure both enjoyable and an educational one. I didn’t realise I had such a problem with my toenail plate, which had developed fungus. She made an accurate diagnosis, cleaned out my fungal remnants, and also gave me a fungal medication made in Barcelona, Spain. I have never seen such a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional pedicurist/manicurist in my life. Jazlynn really deserves to be commended, and I will stick to Nailz Gallery Bedok Mall branch for as long as I need pedicure or manicure services. By the way, where can I get the fungal-less lotion again online?

I initially planned to get classic gel nails, but due to a staff shortage, I had gel removal done here instead. It was rushed. And I had to pay $60 just for the removal! WTF. From a $20 soak-off to $60. They couldn't explain the pricing either. The staff's attitude was also bad. I won't be visiting again.

The staff was not friendly at all. She talked with an attitude, and this store had hidden costs and was not transparent. You will only know the hidden costs when making payment. Just to remove gelish from a pedicure, it cost $78. It was extremely overpriced for just gelish and cuticle removal! 🤬🤬🤬

26 Jan: I didn't want to argue regarding the price for the nice nails they did for me during the CNY festive season, but I did manage to provide feedback to the office. 27 Jan, 01:06 pm: Thank you, Olivia, my nail technician, for calling me back promptly and patiently addressing my feedback. I am happy that the management swiftly addressed my issue.
