Whenever I'm craving for a refreshing drink, Mr. Coconut is the best! I like their concept at Bedok Mall where you can order via a device and show your number for collection. This automated and streamlined process should make it more efficient, and staff can just focus on making the drink.

I bought iced coconut water today. I drank it immediately upon purchase. The coconut water was 100% spoiled and tasted slightly sour. Please quality-check your products before serving to customers. I bought it on 01/05/25 at 12:40 PM. I'm sure there are other buyers at that time and day who can verify my statement.

I paid for the drink, and the transaction went through, but then their stupid system had an error. The staff then wanted me to pay again and go through a bunch of crap so the management would pay me back. Even after paying double, they did not want to give me the drink that I had paid for. What rubbish is this!!! They are making their problems my problem!!!

I appreciate the staff taking the time to ensure my order was right, even during their busy moments. My usual order is the original coconut milkshake, and I have other requests, like 25% sugar. The staff are able to get my order right, and the milkshake is great! :)

It's not the first time I've had a Coconut Avocado Shake. But this time, it was so weird—a whole chunk of avocado paste at the base, and there was no shaved ice in the drink. I only drank a sip and had to throw away the whole cup because it really tasted weird.
