I’m extremely disappointed with your service. This isn’t the first time my order has arrived incomplete, and frankly, the refunds you’ve issued don’t even cover the value of the missing items. It’s unacceptable.
I paid for a complete order and expect to receive everything I was charged for. The repeated inconvenience, lack of accountability, and insufficient refunds are frustrating and show poor service standards.
I want a full refund for the missing items—nothing less. And I expect this issue to be taken seriously. Fix this immediately, or I’ll reconsider ordering again.

I was really excited and wanted to try the new curry nuggets, so I ordered them and paid so much extra money for them, but they packed me the normal nuggets! After I got home, I opened it and was really disappointed! It wasn't even peak hours, guys! The staff and the senior manager were literally waiting for customers. I don't see why this must even happen.

Just ordered a McWing (4 pcs) set meal today (15/06/2025, 8:27pm), but I received McNuggets (4 pcs) instead. If the prices were the same, I could accept it, but the codes for these two meals are different. I can't accept this mistake!
Also, last Sunday, I ordered two meals but waited almost 30 minutes, and nobody prepared my order, even though other people who ordered later than me collected their meals.
How do you train your staff? So many mistakes can be made?

Average service. Firstly, I requested extra lettuce and no sauce in my burger, but instead I received a burger with sauce and no lettuce. Secondly, I ordered a choc oat. The ice cream on top seemed alright; however, the bottom was Coca-Cola instead of a choc oat drink. I hope you all can do something about this. Thank you.

A Big Salute to McDonald’s Staff at Bedok Mall
I want to commend the hardworking staff at McDonald’s Bedok Mall, especially the older aunties who remind me of my own mother and mother-in-law. It’s heartbreaking to see them working tirelessly, often faster than younger staff, just to keep up with overwhelming demands.
However, this review is directed at McDonald’s management, not the staff. Since the pandemic, it’s clear that management has taken significant shortcuts—cutting staff, refusing to hire adequate replacements, and leaving the remaining employees to shoulder the impossible burden of a crowded, high-demand environment.
It’s deeply disappointing to witness how poorly the staff are supported, with low monthly wages and no additional help in sight. It feels like management is more focused on squeezing every ounce of effort out of their employees rather than ensuring a humane and sustainable work environment.
My one-star rating is for the management, not for the staff who work incredibly hard despite the circumstances. Please show humanity and improve the conditions for these dedicated workers who deserve so much better.
