The lack of training and respect shown by your sales girls towards customers is appalling. On my first visit, I asked if there was any membership. The sales girl replied 'yes' nonchalantly, without the slightest initiative to offer to sign me up.
I decided to give it another try. This time, a different girl told me to "come back later" because she was trying to bill the customer in front of me. Even the customer felt bad and asked her to settle my one item first, to which she displayed an indifferent attitude. I said it was okay and left the item back on the shelf because I knew I wasn't coming back. It doesn't matter if I pay more or less online; at least customers like me won't be at the receiving end of their lack of respect for customers. Please educate them.

I visited this store today and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The woman with long hair, who is on the petite side, had a very bad attitude and was incredibly impatient. Her facial expressions and tone were unfriendly, making the entire experience quite unpleasant.
Unlike other outlets where the staff are friendly and eager to share knowledge, this store fell short. Her attitude problems are simply not acceptable for someone in customer service. Overall, the service was very poor. Nobody owes her a living. She should quit her job if she is not happy with her life. Otherwise, she should not treat customers that way. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly.

Very bad experience with this outlet. Normally, in other outlets, representatives help to explain and select products, but in this outlet, the representatives were rude. Anyway, I already knew the product, so I purchased it, but I will not be visiting this store again.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a petite, long-haired staff member wearing glasses. She was aggressively pushing products I neither consume nor need, despite my clear rejection. When I tried to purchase the items I actually wanted, she displayed a terrible attitude and was unwilling to assist me further.
Initially, she mentioned that the Vitamin E could be purchased and reserved for me when back in stock. I then said I would go ahead and purchase both Vitamin C and Vitamin E for now. Suddenly, she changed her tone, saying she had no idea when the Vitamin E would arrive and even warned that the stock might be close to its expiry date.
I simply wanted to buy the products I regularly consume—is that really so difficult? Her behavior was unprofessional and unnecessary. Frustrated, I walked out without making any purchase. This kind of attitude is unacceptable for a customer service role.

Upon inquiring about my existing membership and the current purchase, the female staff member seemed visibly triggered, which was quite off-putting. Later, during checkout, I took a brief 10-second pause to confirm before submitting my PIN (a natural hesitation, as we don't shop here daily), and her reaction was even more unpleasant. Her facial expressions and tone were unfriendly, making the entire interaction uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, she did not even apply an existing discount (as shown in the image below) and refused to redeem my LAC $ despite my polite request. Instead, she gave me bad looks throughout, which was truly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Unlike other outlets where the staff are friendly and eager to assist, this store fell significantly short. Her attitude is simply not acceptable for someone in customer service. If she's unhappy in her role, perhaps a change is necessary, but customers should not be made to feel this way.
No wonder there are already so many existing reviews highlighting similar issues about poor attitude here. It's disappointing that, despite such feedback, this behavior towards customers continues. I hope management takes these reviews seriously and addresses this issue promptly to improve the experience for future customers.
I will never, ever visit this shop again, nor will I suggest any of my friends buy from here.
