I recently visited Kskin at Bedok Mall for my second session, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Rev. She was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and explained every single step of the treatment process in detail.
As a foreigner, I often find it challenging to choose the right treatments, but Ms. Rev was amazing. She recommended a treatment that truly suited my skin's needs, focusing entirely on customer satisfaction rather than cost or promotions. Her dedication and passion for her work were evident, and it was a wonderful experience for me.
The 30-minute session was exceptional, and I left feeling completely satisfied. Ms. Rev also suggested products that were perfect for my skin type at very reasonable prices, including a Vitamin C serum, illuminating serum, and brightening masks. To my surprise, I even received additional masks as a free gift!🎁

Personally, I like my facial treatment done fast and with little interaction.
I took the 20-minute treatment and I was blessed to be served by a very smiley and friendly facial therapist (Anna). She made me feel comfortable and never tried to hard-sell me any package. That was definitely the biggest plus point for my visit.
At the end, she did recommend me treatments that would benefit me for future visits, and I am thankful.
