I waited 40 minutes, and the system still showed 6 people ahead of me, indicating at least another hour's wait. Horribly understaffed, with only one hairdresser working and three other empty chairs. I decided to give up my $12 ticket in the end. Lesson learned; I'm never going back again.

One star is for the stylists over the many years who have been exceptional, professional, and polite. Zero stars for the management. In this day and age, it is shocking how lacking a company this big can be in customer service. This 'we are going to hide behind the fine print even if you are a customer' approach is poor and should not be rewarded with business. Genuine customer mistakes are a reality, and they happen. Using excuses like 'it's a different outlet so there's nothing we can do' is pathetic. You've lost a regular. You will not feel it, sadly, but continue on this path and see how much you will grow.

I just had my bob haircut done by Tommy. I don’t normally write reviews, but he is the best no-frills hairdresser I have encountered. He patiently listened to my requests and offered suggestions based on my hair texture and face shape. I was convinced by his professional advice, and he executed the cut gently and professionally. I’m very satisfied with his service :)

Can you guys even call yourselves barbers? You had ONE job, which is to cut people's hair and make it look good. But your customer looks like their hair was burnt off. Even if you took a bowl and trimmed the edges, it would look WAY BETTER than what you do now.

Your shop advertises itself as offering a '10-minute Korean style' haircut. However, when we requested a shortcut with a Korean style, your hairdresser, Patricia, responded rather dismissively, stating that the shop only provides basic shortcuts and does not offer any specific styles. This was quite disappointing, as it contradicts your advertised services. In the future, it would be more transparent to clearly state that only basic shortcuts are available. I have never encountered a worse hairdresser in my life. It felt like she wasn’t even a professional. If this is how the haircut is done, she shouldn’t call herself a hairdresser at all. The result looked like it was chewed off by a rat. Is she even a real professional?
