The staff was pleasant and very helpful, providing good service to help me find the socks I needed. They also had a wide range of socks for children.

Pleasant experience with the staff. They were patient and helpful. When we required more socks of the same type, as the display only had three of the same color, they helped us look through their stock and passed us the socks. Around 3 pairs for 11 for those fancier ones. The normal kind is around 3 for 8. Nice value and not that expensive compared to other retail outlets.

My go-to place for kids' and my own work socks! Great range of socks, indoor shoes/slippers (I just **bought** a really comfortable pair of indoor shoes from them), and other accessories like winter hats and gloves. They even have cute baby booties/mittens gift sets. The staff are always helpful, finding exactly what I need. Great store **and** service.

Bad experience. They sold me the wrong item, and yet said no refund. The staff member even showed an attitude, slamming my receipt on the table and claiming the company doesn't practice a refund policy.
