I would like to express my thoughts regarding your recent implementation of a 10-cent charge for plastic bags. While I understand the importance of reducing plastic waste and supporting environmental efforts, I cannot help but wonder if this decision is purely a profit-driven move or a genuine effort to help the environment.
As a customer, I often require plastic bags for my purchases, particularly when buying multiple items. However, I believe that simply charging for plastic bags does not effectively address the plastic waste situation, as it still ultimately contributes to the disposal of a non-biodegradable material.
Instead, I would like to suggest that Japan Home consider providing more sustainable alternatives, such as paper or reusable bags. This would not only help to reduce plastic waste, but also demonstrate a genuine commitment to supporting environmentally conscious practices.

Never ever buy any electronic products from this store. Not only do they give you a faulty product, but they will also try their hardest not to exchange it, even though you paid a high price for it. I should have just bought the USB C plug from Challenger instead. I regret buying from this shop. I will never shop at this place again.

Rude Malaysian girl. I asked if they sold coffee capsules, but she replied with a straight 'no,' as if I were some strange creature. The City Square outlet does sell Starbucks and Nescafé capsules, though.

Run. This product is here to kill you with lies, rust, and tetanus.
I came here to buy a water valve. After a few days, I noticed the water was brown. I dismantled and isolated all the parts and finally found the culprit, which was this valve.
Such products are meant to be safe and not to rust.
I approached staff for a refund. The staff said they could only refund within 2 days. Well, rust doesn't happen so fast.

I bought a piece of luggage there a few weeks ago. The last light green piece was stacked high on the display shelves. The two staff members were cheerful and very helpful. I've almost gotten used to the poor service from some shops in Singapore, but the service staff in this outlet are rare gems.
