My sister and I went to purchase a watch for my father’s birthday. All we knew was that we needed something with a green dial. We told this to Jackson, and he was quick to shortlist a few for us to choose from. He was also very informative about the details of each brand. He was even able to recommend a watch based on my father’s age and personality (which we eventually bought).
However, when we went home and my father tried it, we realised it was a little tight. I gave them a call although they were about to close. Nevertheless, Jackson still welcomed me in to adjust the chain accordingly. Shoutout to Sharon for assisting me with the size adjustment!

Horrible service. I went to the store to just get rid of the tiny water droplets under the surface. However, he instead blow-dried it with high heat and speed, and all the indices were jumbled and ruined. Then he handed it to me as if he had fixed it, not even mentioning it until I brought it up. I asked what happened to my watch, but he abruptly and rudely told me, "I can’t do anything." He even got mad at me! This shows a complete lack of respect and poor character from this worker. I left with a broken watch that was beyond repair. I went to more than four stores, and they all told me that the watch was completely ruined and that it would cost as much to repair it as to buy a new one. This was a Bering watch worth more than $400, and I did not get any compensation or anything in return for the damage. I am more than furious over this service and will never return here.

I visited H2Hub at Bedok Mall to redeem my ORNS gift watch/voucher. The shop is on Level 1 of Bedok Mall, just opposite Starbucks.
The staff was friendly and patient when attending to customers. He also recommended some watches with great deals for us to consider. We ended up redeeming the voucher for a Citizen watch.
