Visited Bedok Guardian to buy some toiletries. This young lady wearing black glasses came to me and asked if I needed help. I said yes. She offered to help me find my items. Thereafter, I met another young lady staff with short hair, who served me very kindly at the cashier. She asked how was my day and was very cheerful. Recommend! 👍🏼

On April 13, 2024, I encountered a gentleman restocking items at the store. When I inquired about Duphalac, he promptly guided me to its location. This demonstrated the staff's familiarity with their products and store layout, enhancing customer satisfaction and saving time. Additionally, the cashier, a spectacled woman, provided professional service. In summary, my shopping experience at the store was positive.

I went to see the pharmacist to seek advice on how to properly dress the wounds from my recent surgery.
I had the privilege of being assisted by pharmacist Ms. Lek Peng. Her genuine dedication to service was evident, even as she attended to the customer before me. She went above and beyond in her recommendations, showcasing genuine concern for her customers, which is truly heartwarming.
The assured manner in which she presented the information instilled in me a sense of reassurance and certainty, empowering me to acquire the products and tend to my own injuries.

Your system should be updated to tally with the promotions stated in your store. The Uriage water cream, usually $41.90, has a 30% discount. Therefore, it should have been $29.33, but the receipt showed $33.50. Had I gone away trusting the machine 100%, I would be shortchanged.
This is not the first time Guardian @ Bedok Mall has made such a blunder and, interestingly, it is to the disadvantage of customers.

A cashier today made an error on my debit transaction, and both ladies refused to give me my original receipt. Now I have a purchase for which I have no receipt. When processing a partial refund, I should have both the original receipt and the refund receipt. This was a really horrible experience. Also, you should have just given me a cash refund instead of me having to now check and ensure my statement does not reflect a double charge.
