This shop is dishonest. Be careful. Their passport photo costs $16. I have used their service before, and it was not impressive. So, we used our professional camera to take a photo, used Photoshop to crop it to passport size, and went there to print one photo paper that cost $0.60. But my wife ended up paying $16. Their explanation was that whether they use their camera or we use our camera, they will help to crop 8 photos onto one print. That costs $16. You can use an iPhone, then use Photoshop/GIMP and put 8 photos and crop them to Singapore passport photo size and print one photo, which should cost $0.60. There are a lot of apps and free software like GIMP that do that. I was not around when my wife went to their shop. This is just dishonest. I will never go to their shop again. Please be careful.

Visited this shop after having a horrendous experience at the photo shop in PLQ. And wow, the service here in Bedok Mall is 100% better! The staff was cheerful and helpful. Even though the shop was packed, the staff approached me after she was done helping the previous customer, and assisted me at the self-service machine. Photos turned out exactly the same as the ones on my phone. Printing quality was 👍🏻👍🏻 as well! Highly recommended!

Here's the edited review: "This shop's service ladies are always so rude; it's a very unpleasant experience every time I come here, especially the lady with the long blondish hair. Please fix your services. Atrocious!"

The place was not like last time; it used to be swift and fast. Now, service is very, very slow, with only one person to handle the shop during a PH. It might be cheap, but it's not worth the time.

Around 7 PM, I went to print a document from my phone. My documents were not forwarded due to an operational problem. The lady in charge refused to assist me, unlike her colleague who had always resolved the issue for me in the past. She said that documents could not be forwarded, so they could not be printed out.
